Timing

I think the race is close enough to run here. These anchor breaking plays have the following characteristics:
1. A very strong board against a weaker board and incomplete prime, making any hit decisive for us;
2. Reasonable standing in the race.
3. Normal match scores, without skewed gammon values.
If you wait on your anchor, you may not be able to run before your front position deteriorates, harming both racing chances and chances to win after getting a hit. If you run, we get some returns if pointed on, if hit in the outfield we may re-anchor and have gained a bit of timing, and even when we do not re-anchor immediately, our opponent cannot easily hit loose in the attack because of our strong board.
Here I'd run 23/15, but I am not sure where the turning point for the race deficit is.
