Since the race is close, this looks like one of those cases where one needs to count how many immediate bad rolls White has if we stay split. 65 63 62 54 all blot. That's only 8 rolls, and White has quite a few PoH rolls. It looks to me that White's position is flexible enough that we don't gain much by staying split. 24/20 8/5 is my play.
