I'd take because:

(1) We have no more spare blots than can be picked up by Blue while scrambling around the board. This means that Blue will have just two checkers to pound, and these two may not cooperate (hitting back or forming an anchor)

(2) Blue has three checkers back, behind a solid 4 prime, and two of them don't say daylight yet. Extricating these back checkers may be problematic.

This does not mean that White enjoys getting the cube here, but I think there is enough play to take. A slight improvement in the position of the back checkers may make this a pass.

The double is crystal clear.
