Diagram suggestion for USBGF Prime Time magazine

I agree the problem is with the resolution of the image. I would look into the process of what kind of image the author is using, is it compressed for email or publication, is the image shrunk or enlarged after compression.

Compression will cause issues when you try to print it out.
