13/9 is not that risky here.

I have a hard time believing that 13/9 6/5 could be best here (13/9 24/23 is horrible in my opinion), so perhaps that is the best play thanks to Quiz Factor.

True that 4 of the hits are somewhat duped, but it is still 8 hits, with 4 unduped hits. I think that with three decent alternatives to that play that that is 4-8 hits too many. (compared to 24/20 6/5, 13/8 and 6/2*/1*)

In its favor though is the fact that it doesn't help white unstack like 24/20 does, and isn't ugly (or exposed to as many hits) like the double hit is. But since breaking up the 8 is hard to do, I like 9/8 better than 6/5 if nothing else (after 13/9).
