Well if we try to sort out attack and defense priorities we have:

The 5 point which is the 5 point The 18 anchor which value is much elevated because of white's good offensive blitz/prime position. And our bar point which value's is partly elevated because it will form a 4 pt prime.

For me jumping and canceling white's advantage is quite important here. His advantage is at offense so I would equalize it. Locking the 5 and slotting the 7 must be better than locking the 7 and leaving the 5 slotted, because of 5 point long term value. So for me 11/5 13/7 24/18(2). Note that while blue would not slot the 7 here naturally, if white misses the slot will prove positive. Also if white hits, blue should have a better time escaping than if blue slotted the 18. Finally after this roll, blue is slightly ahead in the race, which favors making the 18.
