It's too bad that these kinds of bets are basically impossible to adjudicate fairly. I have a strong (and of course totally unfounded) belief that I would win many of my bets with Stick of the form "what % of open players would ... ?" even though I've never attended a live tournament. Here I'd take Paul's side of the bargain. Falafel made the play, I feel that I would have likely made the play (okay, so I'm not technically an open player since I've never played, but if I did I would certain sign up for the open division), Casper wasn't sure, Paul got it wrong. The stronger players in my own playing group would, I am sure, have argued over the play and been split.
