Not a happy position. The first option to consider is 13/9(2), trying to counterprime without leaving any blots. White's prime will break if she doesn't roll a 5 or a 6, and avoiding blots will keep ourgammon losses down.

Another idea is to try to force White back onto the 1pt. I don't see a good way to do this, though. 7/5*(2) 8/4* maybe? The trouble is that if we're hit back then we lose more gammons and also we've hastened our own crunching process. Even if we make our five-prime, White may dance for a while and not crunch. Difficult decision but I'll go with my first inclination of 13/9(2).
