Lots of plays here and many are reasonable. OTB I would start by noting that I'm behind in the race and therefore should be looking for opportunities to preserve contact. This suggests I should keep the 20-point anchor to pressure White's stripped outfield points, rather than advancing to the 18.

13/9(2) looks like my play, creating the most solid structure and threatening White's blots. I'm not very concerned about the blot on the 15 since White has to break his blocking point to hit.
