Manual match recording in New York: projecting PC matches onto video screen

As long as both players agree, using a PC sounds like a good technique.

While you are at it, consider simultaneously projecting the PC matches on a video screen--perhaps in an unused corner of the room, or even better, at the bar, that way spectators won't crowd around the players, allowing them greater breathing space.
