"Both sides have two men back here so it's a neutral indicator".

That is one interpretation. Another, is to suggest Magriel's Safe/Bold criteria are at opposite ends of the DMP continuum where factors of safe and bold are relative. From this perspective, one has to consider 24/23 13/10 as a candidate.
