Did you take the time to figure out why?
In most variations on blues next shake a lot of numbers play better e.g.
66, 65, 64, 63, 62, 52, (61 & 31 play worse) plus there may be some merit in keeping the mid as it hinders white from making his empty 3 point more quickly.
