Thanks. I see your point. It makes sense. If I have time I'll try and play it out, I'd be interested to see what happens.

In my initial reply I was trying to utilize the advice in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKd6on1cUKA The advice is excellent. I like the way how falafel explained it. The position in the video is a little different than the problem here (the 3 prime is further down and we are the ones outboarded). But I feel this way of thinking should still not be entirely ruled out for these sorts of problems.
