White is Player 2

Blue is Player 1XGID=-----bEBB---dE--ac-e----A-:0:0:1:43:4:11:0:17:10 Blue to play 43 Stacking another checker on the tower that is Blue’s 6pt does not make sense. Either does stepping up to challenge White’s 6-8-9 structure on the far side of the board, particularly if the plan is to offer a shot on the 9pt at the same time. Unstacking two checkers from the 6pt also looks like a loser.
That leaves making the 3pt or 4pt. I’ll try the former. A = Attack (7/3 6/3) leaves only a 2 to hit, and most of White’s 2s are duplicated on his side of the board. Barring doublets, White cannot both hit and make a new offensive point at the same time.
My second choice is Z = Reverse split (24/21 13/9).
