There doesn't seem to be anything constructive to do with these big doublets other than to try to grab a racing lead and hope to hang on to it. I'm reluctant to give up any of our points since if things go poorly, we'll need all the structure we can get in this strung-out position of ours. Thus bar/10 8/3 falls out as the only move under this philosophy.
