I count 24 rolls that hit, and with the solid prime I think almost all of those are wins. Clearly, they are market losers. So the double looks clear.

10/36 times blue misses, and if white won all of those the take would be clear. But white doesn't win all of them as she still has work to do. But I count 27 shakes that clean up both blots, more than it looks at first glance. Granted, being missed and cleaning up the blots is no guarantee of winning, but it's a darn good start. I'm going to say it's a take -even if white fails to clean up both, blue still has to hit it.
