If I play 22/1*4 then I will for sure continue with another 22/14. However 13/5 (2) has many small and bigger advantages. It makes the 5 point, it unstacks the 13, it leaves almost perfect distribution, it makes a broken 5 prime and it leaves white in a not so easy position to develop (no spares on the 8 5 spares on the 6). So after 13/5 (2) blue should have an advantage to escape. 22/14(2) leaves a not so easy to clean position with a stacked midpoint and if we assume that white will enter next turn, he will have plenty of indirect shots if blue does not roll very well. Take 62 42 65 as examples of rolls that do not look really bright for blue.

Because 13/5(2) has too many small or bigger things going for it, I would make the 5.
