Yeah...This is one of the difficult positions that I see today...many thanks to Mr.Majestyk for his challenging position...I will start with 3...I think playing 3 is mandatory: bar/22.Since when he gives up his 16pt you will have the maximum chance to go out and help your timing...The tricky part is 1. Needless to say I wont hit with 1 not only in my inner board ,but also the blot on 12. Because this is exactly what my opponent wants. It is seriously against your timing strategy which is the most important part in backgame. Therefore, there are two more choices:"7/6 and 6/5". Again 7/6 opposes your timing.If you roll 6 on your next roll, your backgame will almost completely crash (if you play 7/6)..I will play 6/5, Because 1)hoping to get hit on the next roll and deserve time 2)for better distribution (as I told you playing 6....)
