It's typically right to move doubles in pairs and to lock up assets. It's typically wrong to leave blots scattered all over the board. But this isn't a typical position. Hitting on 15 puts me back in the race and takes advantage of my superior board strength. 13/10 seems right for the last 3, because I'm offended by a blot sitting on my 6pt and intend to clobber it first chance I get.
