Looks like you and I are the only two.

My reasoning is that staying on the 20 isn't any safer than being on the 16 and getting hit means we might get lucky and actually make an anchor anyhow. Staying on the 20 means we need a 3 combination or 21 to cover, or yeah we can make the 18 if really lucky. Judging by the other responses, I'm obviously learning something here which will help improve my game yet again.

Damn, I love these 'problems".
