Bar/24 is forced. Hitting with 13/7* seems to accomplish nothing; White will almost surely hit back. My first inclination is to clean up the blot on the 14pt with 14/8, which also puts a useful spare on the 8pt. However, White's midpoint is stripped so maybe it's not so urgent to clean up that blot. The other possibilities are 24/18 and 20/14. Breaking anchor looks bad since White will be happy to attack our 20pt blot. 24/18 looks interesting (Pottle's law) but I like the look of 14/8 better, so I'll go with 14/8.
