I would break the 8 here. It creates builders, adds a bit of flexibility, and I would not really mind if white hits. 13/10 looks pretty bad to me as white can cover the whole outfield later. 6/3 looks to me like it does nothing other that wasting a good placed spare. I feel that breaking the 8 will remove a landing point, but I also feel that blue should continue attacking white's back checker when it enters. This would enable blue to run with his back checkers more effectively. If blue is to attack then he will have to break the 8 point anyways.
