Should I use safe v bold to work out the correct play for this 21?

I'm not sure how I'd apply safe v bold here. I have the better board, she has the better anchor, other criteria are even. then there's the problem of figuring out the bold move. 6/5 6/4?

well, I'll play 6/5 for sure, unstacking the bloated 6 point. Then I have a choice of 6/4 (slotting a homeboard point) 13/11 (bring down a builder) 18/16 (turn a double-shot into a single shot) or just splitting to the 22.

6/4 seems a bit too bold, 18/16 destroys my connectivity, and 13/11 leaves both the midpoint and the 8 stripped with the result that the builder isn't threatening to build much of anything.

I'll try 24/22. gotta get those guys moving eventually so why not right now.
