Miss 4, Miss 4, cube = 4?

At first glance it looks rather evenish, but if blue leaps out with a 5 then 6's are duplicated, and if white can't hit back it sue looks like a market loser.

So, a bunch of market losers plus white can't recube makes me think it is a cube. it's even enough that I think white has a take.
