My claim wasn't that White wins 15% gammons from the starting position. My estimate was that after hitting, White would win 15% gammons with Blue on the bar vs. his 5 point board. The rollout says that White wins 11% gammons, but 14/36 of the time, he's much less than 11% to win a gammon. That means that the other 22/36 of the time, he must be more than 11% to win a gammon, right?
