New U.S. Rules ratified

In Response To: New U.S. Rules ratified (Bob Koca)

Every tournament director at any tournament still has control over the rules that his touranment is run under. We would hope that local groups in the U.S. as well as all ABT touranments will choose to use these new rules, but there is no authority that forces any director to use any particular set of rules to run his tournaments.

You should inquire (if it is not listed as part of his published Tournament Conditions) what rule set your director is using to run his tournament.
