Wow I got this one totally wrong I guess. I thought about 6/2*(2) 8/4(2) making 4 board points and only later start moving around the other checkers. Reasoning: any hits later on while Black is comming around would be more effective with this board. After all, you still got a lot of checkers to play/circulate.

Waiting to hear some insights.
