"Perhaps there should be an ABT or USBGF file on warnings and sanctions at tournaments so directors can prevent the same people from getting away more readily with the same bad behavior? Only available to tournament directors on a password protected site where a particular name can be queried in the event of a dispute?"

Excellent suggestion, as previously discussed. I completely agree with you Rod.
