The gammon value is 1.0 ATS so PoH on the 2-point and then either 1/off (2) or 2/off with the last two aces. Either way, it should go D/P if White rolls a hitter from the roof. White is more likely to make a mistake and take if you have 11 checkers off so that's an argument for playing 2/off. OTOH, White might think he can force Blue to enter and break his 2-point often enough to give him a take as well. If White enters without hitting, both plays give you the exact same gammon chances. If White rolls the 1/36 dancing number, 2/off is clearly better since you'll never be hit on White's next shake.

3/2x(2) 2/off looks slightly better.
