Seriously, I visited Texas when I was 14 and convinced all the teens I met that we had a 4 bedroom igloo and that we had to leave our dogs at the US border and buy new clothes for the trip. That was the first day we got to San Antone.

The day before we left I did my best to convince them that I had been pulling their legs and no-one believed me.

I'm sure there are still people talking about how they once met a Canadian girl and that all the stories are true of us living in a snowy, cold, bleak wilderness year round. And that our only mode of transportation is by dog sled.
