Slot or Not? What's Your Play?

I considered bar/23, 8/5 and bar/23, 7/4 for some time. From those i preffered slotting the 5, but I do not believe that it is much ahead of the safe play. Then I noticed the QF play, which for me is bar/23 6/3.

My OTB move would have been b/23 6/3, but I thought there is a QF so this move can't be correct. :/

I like 6/3 because of the better distribution, duplication of 2's and the position looks more winnable if missed.
