My instinct is to PoH, and try to build a counter-prime. However, we're unlikely to succeed and fairly likely to have another chequer sent back. This would increase our gammon losses.

The other option is to just relay on our ace-point game. If I recall Douglas Zare's GV articles correctly, a 70 pip deficit is about ideal for winning an ace point game. I could well be wrong, but I'll go along with 10/5.
