I don't see any reason we should "pay now", since XG isn't set up well to make his board any stronger for next turn. He might even have to lose some of its fighting potential with large non-doubles by taking the bar point down to the low points. So I'd move 7/1, and then 5/2, because the way it's going we aren't likely to make our 5 point, so why have a second blot in our board if the feathers start flying on the next sequence.
