I think we waste about 9 pips, for an EPC of 61. Per Trice, White's point of last take (for money) would be about 6 pips back, or 67. I think White wastes about 10 pips, for an EPC of 67, putting him right on the take/pass borderline. Since White's take point here is a bit higher than for money (~23%), this should be a clear pass.
