White is Player 2
score: 6
pip: 153Unlimited Game pip: 159

Blue is Player 1XGID=-b----E-C--AeD---bBd--b---:0:0:-1:22:6:5:0:0:10 Blue to play 22 There are so many different ways to use these 2s constructively that is easy to be distracted. Making the 4pt, the 11pt or the 22pt would all be nice, but I’ll opt for the simple anchoring play, @ (Anchor) = 24/20(2). If Blue does not grab the high anchor now, he may never get it. White has 9 rolls that make it on his next toss.
The race is still close, so matching White’s high anchor is thematic. White’s anchor has made priming impossible. The anchor is outside, so Blue might blitz later, but for now, the blitz does not hold much promise. Were Blue, say, to make the 4pt and 11pt, White would probably just ignore him, leaving his back checkers where they are, and go about building a prime of his own.
