Unstacking and making the 4pt is nice, but I don't think that's what this position is about. Neither side will be leaving shots for a while and both boards will fill in comfortably in due time.

The key features here seem to be Blue's slight timing advantage -- a bit back in the race with a more advanced anchor -- and his superior blocking structure. I think 18/16(2) 13/11(2) might be the right idea, as it improves on both those strengths.
