In a tight race, you don't want your anchor to be significantly deeper than your opponent's as it causes all kinds of timing problems down the road. Nothing else Blue can do looks as urgent as trying to get on somewhat equal footing with White's advanced anchor. With Blue slightly behind in the race, the 22pt isn't good enough, so I'd step all the way up with 24/20(2).
