All beliefs are "personal," in that they exist in your head. But ethical beliefs are beliefs about how others should act.

Anyway, if you read what I wrote, I did not say that the previous poster ought (to be consistent) condemn any person -- just a bunch of social institutions. By "condemn X" I mean only "maintain that X is wrong," so that, for example, if you say that gambling is unethical (wrong) you are condemning it.
