Talking about different meaning of words, one should note that the level of everyone's English is not the same. I had to check an online dictionary for the word condemn for example and I can understand how this can lead to misunderstandings. When the other person talking is present, I can usually express and understand what s/he wants to say also from body language. But on a forum this proves to be more difficult than I thought. It is not the first time I felt difficulties to properly communicate here.
