The choice seems to be between running (24/16) and hitting (24/18 3/2*) I fail to see what 13/5 accomplishes.

Hitting leaves 20 shots including 3 double-shots. Running only leaves 16 shots. Hitting wins more gammons and if white dances gives blue may have more of a chance to clear his midpoint. OTB, I'm fairly sure i'd run, so that's what I'll say here. QF points toward hitting, but i try not to do QF.
