What I think Stick means is that the computer can usually be trusted to flag gross errors, and getting rid of gross errors is what you need to get your PR down from "staggering" to "respectable." But rollouts have an aura of absolute truth, which may not be attainable here, so it's perhaps best just to stop with a quick-and-dirty assessment rather than create a false sense of accuracy.
