Stick has indulged these questions so far ("What's 44B?"), but eventually he'll roll his eyes a final time and say "Fucker, just buy the fucking book," or something equally GenY-like. Can't say I'd blame him. I'll ask da wife and kids to rustle up Book A for a Christmas present, despite having an early electronic version somewhere that Paul gave me to comment on. "Those who approve of courtesy (at least) to living authors will purchase it, and no other."
