This donkey anchors. I'm ahead in the race, so why risk having a third checker sent back? maybe if I was slotting a valuable point, but I'm not sure I want to make the 2 point here (yet).

I don't think I have much to fear from a 2-5 backgame with only 30 pips of timing. if white makes her 8 point that's a bit of trouble, but not too much - unless she rolls doubles she'll expose a shot or have to crunch.
