Hitting leaves four blots, one of which is threatened by a direct hit from the bar. Even with a better board, an anchor, four men back, and a racing deficit, that feels too bold for me as White has plenty of play even when he doesn't hit back. I'd just cover, then play 22/16 to put more pressure on White and leverage my newly made four point board.
