Playing 22/16 To Increase Your Backgammon Chances

I might consider 22/16 because it looks to me like it could be the DMP play, apparently wrong thinking. I don't imagine that I would play it OTB though. One of the things I'd wonder about is whether XG gets all the replies to 22/16 right, it must hit loose with some rolls because otherwise I cannot see the increased G and BG wins
