This is almost a last roll position in that Blue has 28 hitters which give him a huge edge but has a pass if he rolls one of the 8 non-hitters since his 4-cube takepoint is 50%. So White wins 8/36 plus around 5% of the 28 where he gets hit = ~9.4/36. His 2-cube dead takepoint is around 36%, so it's a big pass.
