In any chouette I've been in the cube would not still be centered at this point, Jacoby or no Jacoby. (I'm still puzzled why people are making a big deal out of Jacoby. As Dmitriy says, since it doesn't say "Jacoby" it means the Jacoby rule is not in effect. I'd also be surprised if the Jacoby rule makes any difference.)

In practice this is obviously a double. Whether it's a take I don't know. I'd guess it's technically a drop since White has so many blots, but I don't think that any player, carbon or silicon, knows how to extract maximum equity from Blue's side. In practice I'd take and make Blue work for his money.
