You are certainly right about those +20 PR games where you make only 1 error. I get them from time to time myself. All that proves, I think, is that per game is the wrong granularity with which to assess PR. The current PR treats each unforced dice roll as one decision. Henrik’s proposal tends toward treating each unforced die movement as one decision. When doublets are unforced, there are four dice to be played. In a sense, that means four decisions. When there is no choice about where to enter from the bar on a roll of non-doublets, there is only one die to decide.
Considering the difficulty so often caused by doublets, I think Henrik is onto something.
