I think you need to slot the 18 here. Unless blue gets some mobility, it's Crunch City. Then the question is whether to play the ace as 24/23 or 4/3.

WHite would love to hit on the 3, so that makes me think 24/23 is better. Yeah, four blots is a lot, but White has her own mobility problems that hitting won't fix.
