Wasn't this very position just analyzed either here or on GU, with rollout data showing 13/10 13/11 a small hair ahead of 24/21 13/11?

I won't recapitulate the previous discussion (which I believe was of this very position). At this score I play 13/10 13/11, "noting that it duplicates 9's to hit" as Neil might say.
